Who we are
Avo Technologies ApS, CVR 46862074, Skelstien 57, 2730 Herlev, is responsible for the personal data this site collects. Write to hello@avocoach.io about anything on this page.
What we collect
When you ask for the demo or book a call, your work email. Nothing else is asked for.
When you book a call here, your name, your work email and the time go to Cal.com, which makes the booking and sends the invite.
Like any site, the server that delivers these pages keeps short technical logs, such as the address a request came from, to keep the site running and safe.
Why, and on what basis
We use your email to follow up about Avo: to answer you, to send you the demo’s link when you ask for it, and to ask whether you would like to see it on your own pipeline. That is our legitimate interest in replying to someone who asked. We send no newsletters.
Who else handles it
Your details are kept in our email (Microsoft 365) and our CRM (HubSpot). The site is hosted by Vercel, Resend sends the mails (ours about your request, and the demo’s link when you ask for it), and Cal.com handles bookings. Each of them handles the data only on our behalf. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.
Some of them are American companies. Where your data can be reached from the US, it is covered by the EU’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. If your company becomes a customer, the customer agreement decides instead.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to our use of it. Write to hello@avocoach.io and we will answer within a month.
You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency, at datatilsynet.dk.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. There is nothing to accept.
